Client: Bank of America
Project: Home Loan Planner
Challenge: Getting a home loan is complicated. Customers are confused about what they have to do, when they have to do it, and why it matters. Bank of America wanted a print piece to be handed out by their Mortgage Loan Officers that would level-set expectations about receiving a home loan, while simultaneously supporting the customer through the process.
Delivery: After identifying key pain points for customers, we created a stepped process that informs them of what to expect from the Bank and who is going to be involved. We also created a checklist to help them keep track of important information.
